Most of Bob's career has been focused in manufacturing with an emphasis on application of Lean principles. As a Human Resource professional as well as being six sigma Green Belt - Black Belt trained, he has acquired a broad background in all phases of manufacturing including technical / engineering, operations, purchasing, materials, finance, and IT to name a few. With his full P&L business exposure, he has an outstanding record of recruiting and building strong corporate teams for all aspects of the business in concert with executive and senior corporate functional department heads. He has held positions of responsibility that require thorough understanding of the businesses, where he has provided leadership in organizational development, career planning, benefits and compensation, safety and environment, as well as support for strategic business growth. His broad experience has enabled him to recruit top executive talent as well as shop floor manufacturing support.
