Prior to Recruiting, Becky has over 20 years of professional experience in Engineering Design, Purchasing / Procurement / Logistics, Project Management, Field Service and Customer Service. While her degree is in Engineering Design, most of her career has been focused in the filtration industry with mechanical design and project management positions. Becky's background and technical approach to recruiting enables her to understand the needs of both manufacturing and logistical management positions. Most of her career has been in the manufacturing and support sectors.

Becky's tenacity for learning and achievement has propelled her through many diverse aspects of manufacturing project engineering and management. Her broad focus covers both manufacturing and the service industry involving durable metals / plastics / filtration products (both air handling and water filtration). Her network expertise, dovetailed with her engineering background, enable her to fully screen technical professionals in many industries and disciplines with excellent results.

Kruger, Inc. - Project Manager:North America water filtration business with French parent company Veolia Water Systems.

Pneumafil Corporation - Project Engineer, Project Manager, Aftermarket Sales Manager: Large Air Filtration Company leading the industry in Gas Turbine Filtration projects.

Ina Bearing - Design Engineer: German owned manufacturing Company specializing in bearings for the Automotive and Industrial businesses.

Michigan Dynamics - Project Engineer: Manufacturer of filtration equipment for the polymer industry.

Random facts:

• Started my career on a drafting board, but through hard work and determination was able to progress my career into leadership positions, first as a Project Engineer and later as Project Manager overseeing multi-million dollar projects. 
• Crewed a bareboat sailing charter in the BVI
• Have 40 first cousins
• Enjoy family and friends at the beach as well as traveling, yoga, paddle boarding, pickle ball, zumba and swimming
