Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Contracts Administration within the supply chain and logistics industry ensuring the seamless execution of contracts and agreements across global operations. CA will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, from initial drafting to execution and ongoing management. This includes paying attention to detail, having strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex contractual frameworks in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing operational efficiency.

• Qualified candidates must have, but not limited to a BA degree in Business Administration, Legal studies, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification a plus such as Certified Commercial Contracts manager.
• Prefer experience in contract administration, preferably in a global or multinational corporation within the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Must have a strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements and familiarity with international contract standards.
• Must also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is an advantage.
• Must have an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to analyze complex contractual documents and identify key terms and provisions.
• Candidates must have a proactive attitude with a focus on driving results and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and be flexible for adaptations and changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
