Continuous Improvement Engineer needed. Some skills needed are conducting process reviews, performing root cause analyses, developing improvement plans, implementing lean manufacturing principles, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, leading cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress towards set goals, meeting or exceeding company production and quality standards, and meeting customer delivery requirements. Must be able to run Kaizens, implement Standard Work, visual management, 5S, work place organization, and overall process improvement practices that involve employee engagement. Responsible for collecting production data, analyzing outputs, and determining corrective courses of action to promote safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and three to five years of related experience, or seven to ten years of progressively responsible related experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
